How does SparkScore work?

SparkScore analyzes your chat history using our AI boosted algorithms to analyze the entirety of your conversations with any person. The analysis results are then presented in a nice visual way that can be saved as a screenshot or shared on any external platform.

What kind of insights will I get?

You'll get 15 different metrics calculated from the entirety of the conversation you have uploaded: Message Count, Response Times, Compliments Count, Curiosity Ratio, Ghosting Count, Average Message Length, Interest Level (calculated based off of all the other metrics), Interest Over Time, Message Initiation, Meme Count, Top 10 Words, Red Flags, AI Metrics Analysis, Attachment Style, MBTI Type.

Is my data private?

Your uploads are encrypted in transit and processed under strict access controls. Before any analysis runs, we strip personally identifiable information—names, phone numbers, credit cards, SSN/SIN, IBAN, and more. Your results are stored with AES-256 encryption; only you hold the key. You can delete everything anytime. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Which messaging apps are supported?

SparkScore works with WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Instagram, Snapchat, and Telegram. We are planning to support more messaging platforms in the future. If you want your messenger to be added, create a product suggestion at https://insigh.to/b/sparkscore or email hey@sparkscore.me.

Can I analyze multiple conversations?

Currently you can only upload one conversation file from one messenger at a time per person, up to 100MB per file. Typical conversation history files range from about 10MB to 40MB for really long histories.

Will this work in languages besides English?

Accepted Answer

Yes - we support all major languages. If you had a problem with your language not being supported, please contact us and we will add it to our list.

Do you store my conversation history?

Accepted Answer

We don't keep your conversation history on our servers at all. We only keep the encrypted version of your reports. Only you can see them. We can delete it upon request.
